The so-called Education Minister of Iraq is an Iranian “Rozkhon” of the first degree. His affiliation and loyalty is with the country of his origin, Iran. He is a great believer in the “Theological state” of Iran and its religious leader Ali Khamenei. In fact the so called Minister Khudayer al-Khuza'i 's adoration for Khamenei is so unfathomable that he goes hysterically, rejoicingly crazy whenever Khamenei's name mentioned in his presence.

I met him in Ottawa, Canada in 2001 in a mosque he owned called “Aba-Ther al-Ghfari”. He was giving a speech there, at that time he was referring to himself as part of the “opposition” to the rule of Saddam Hussein. After he had finished his pitiful “Rozkhoni speech” I asked him two questions; 1) “How much influence does Iran have on the “Hoza” religious schools in the holy city of Najaf in Iraq?” 2) “How are you going to fill the vacuum in the Iraqi ministries after the toppling of Saddam's government?” On hearing my two questions, the Rozkhon Minister al-Khuza'i went blank, stricken by my way of asking them. Not knowing how to answer, the minister replied to my questions with a few sentences which were filled with Arabic grammatical mistakes and made no sense whatsoever.

As the ceremony finished, the future minister al-Khuza'i took me aside and told me the following “I was so astonished by your questions and I don't want questions like these now because I don't think such questions will help us in toppling Saddam's regime”. At that time I felt very bad about the naive, shallow thinking of those who call themselves “oppositionists,” like this al-Khuza'i who thought that debating and asking questions would do harm to his cause. But dear reader, the reality is that those ”oppositionists” were afraid of questions like mine because they exposed their strong connection with Iran especially the Iranian Intelligence and the Iranian Revolutionary Guards.

At that time I was very curious about his scientific degree, and whether or not he actually had one. So I asked him about his studies in Qum, Iran and in Baghdad. He answered that he got a degree from the Agricultural Institute in Baghdad and that when he went to Iran he studied at the “Hoza” of Qum. He didn't mentioned anything about what he had studied there. The most perplexing matter was that back there in 2001 he mentioned nothing about having a PhD. I was shocked when I read that he preceded his name with “Doctor” after the US led invasion. But that's not all! This minister had a friend who used to accompany him in Canada as they were both touring the Canadian states to present their Rozkhon ceremonies at funerals or in the Mosques financed by Iran. The name of his “traveling twin”, as I like to call him is Abo Ali Khair Allah. After the invasion this “twin” of the Minister al-Khuza'i was given a very high position in the Education Ministry after changing his name to Kareem al-Waeely and claiming that he also had a PhD!!!! What nobody seems to know is where, when, and or in what subjects they got these degrees!

Returning to our so-called Education Minister, Mr. Al-Khuza'i, his relation with the Iranian Revolutionary Guards is more than excellent; in fact he is one of them. His direct boss is the Revolutionary Guard officer “Agha Muhammadi” who is the officer in charge on the Iraqi department in the office of Iran's Supreme religious leader Ali Khamenei. This officer “Agha Muammadi” is the one who is in charge of the sabotage and assassination activities of al-Dawa party inside Iraq. The militia of this party which is mostly comprised of Iranian Revolutionary Guards, is the most dangerous, criminal militia in Iraq.

Of course most of the Education Minister's body guards are from those Iranian Revolutionary Guards who should be the first to be blamed for the criminal shooting of the Iraqi students who were taking their final exams on the campus of the college of Education on the 26th of June 2008. How could such a horrible thing happen? According to many eye witnesses and the shooting video that was circulated by many TV and news outlets, the Education Minister and his militias started shooting real bullets on unarmed students. The students who were frustrated because of the bad conditions at the test center where there was no water and no electricity in 130 degree heat. Many students couldn't even find their names at the center and so were slated to fail automatically. Others had to wait for more than two hours for the test questions to arrive. The tests began at 9:00 o'clock and at 10:30 the questions still not shown up. At about this time the education minister arrived at this test center and began touring it. The students complained to the minister about the problems they were facing and the test center's very bad conditions. On hearing the students complaints, the minister replied to them with a spree of curses and very dirty profane, obscene words. He even cursed and insulted their families and their religions. Unable to believe what they were hearing, some of the students started throwing their test books and their shoes at the minister's body guards. The minister immediately took out his own gun and started shooting real bullets at the students,. His bodyguards did the same. The shooting resulted in many injuries and deaths. At the time of this writing, six are in a very critical condition and two have been pronounced dead. The news of this incident spread all over the Iraqi and Arabic media. The so-called prime minister of Iraq, Nuri al-Maliki in an attempt to quell public anger at this “Mullah” Minister, promised to establish a committee to investigate this incident. And as always, the reports of this investigation will soon be hushed up and buried on one of the prime minister shelves. This investigation as all other investigations of the crimes of Maliki's government aims to protect not expose the criminal members of his government.

The mafia of the Minister al-Khuza'i immediately started a propaganda campaign in his defense. This mafia which consisted of the militia members of the al-Dawa party in Iraq who take the “Abo Ther al-Ghafari” mosque in Canada their headquarters, started a rumor claiming that there had been an assassination attempt on the Minister's life. Stupidly, they claimed that that the students and the teachers in the center dragged the minister there to kill him because they were members of the Mahdi army. The rumor also claimed that some of those who were in the center were former employees of the headquarters of the Education Ministry but had been fired and so were holding a grudge against the Minister!!! The minister's mafia really fell flat on their faces with this rumor because everyone in Iraq knows for sure that the Mehdi army does not exist in the Sunni al-Adhamiya city and that all those who were at the test center were from the Sunni people of al-Adhamiya.

It's worth mentioning that the Education Minister's mafia existed at his Mosque in Canada and that they are the ones who are in charge of the hiring and firing of all the employees of the Education Ministry and all its departments and schools all over Iraq. When this Minister took his post, he and his mafia started firing all the good, respectable, qualified employees and replacing them by ignorant, illiterate ones with no scientific degrees whatsoever. This employment mafia didn't hire anyone without a recommendation letter either from the sheiks of the mosque of Canada which, as I mentioned, is owned by the Education Minister himself or from leaders of the other parties that are affiliated to Iran. In addition to a letter of recommendation the job seeker still has to pay $500 as a bribe to the Eduction Minister's mafia. Otherwise there will be no job!!!. It is the plight of Iraq to have scum of the earth put in power over Iraq, thanks to Bush and his criminal invasion.

Finally, the latest scandal of the criminally corrupt Education Minister is his purchase of a palatial house in the upscale neighborhood of Peerhaven in Ottawa, Canada. The palace cost $460,000,000. He bought it in his son's name, “Yaser”. It is worth mentioning that even now the Education Minister and his family receive a monthly welfare payment from the Canadian government. His family used to live in a rent-subsidized house. Recently he moved them to a house rented and paid for by the Iraqi government of Maliki.

Militias, criminals, looters, and corrupt people who really deserve to be called the scum and the rubbish of earth are controlling Iraq and looting all its wealth --- thanks to Mr. Bush and his disastrous “Democracy.”
